After eighteen years at a top-ten public accounting firm, Tom formed Aureus Family Office alongside two founding families. During his tenure in client service, he was responsible for tax compliance and strategy, estate planning, and navigating the complexities inherent in family business structures across multiple generations.

Tom grew up in the family business world — working for his grandfather Sam at the family's Italian bakery. That experience gave him an early and lasting understanding of what it means to build something across generations, and what it truly costs to protect it.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and earned his professional coaching credentials through iPEC Coaching. Tom currently resides in Allentown, PA.
